One of the biggest things I’ve learned in the past few years is how incredibly powerful our thoughts are. We can bring about the most horrible shit and painful lessons, or the most amazing experiences – without even realizing that we’re doing it. The universe is constantly aligning with our thoughts – our dreams and desires, our hopes and our fears. We are the creators of our lives, whether we’re mindful of what we’re creating or not. The only way to really learn this is to recognize and pay attention to what it is that we’re focusing on and compare it to what is showing up in our lives. If you focus on the lack of something, you’ll continue to experience that lack. If you focus on everything that you’re grateful for, you’ll continue to receive things you’re grateful for, and increase them exponentially. What kind of life are you creating for yourself?
