For the Love of the Land Original Painting | 48″ x 180″
$12,540.00$12,540.00Original Sedona, Arizona Painting by Emily Scott
The red rocks of Sedona have always captivated me. After a lifetime in the Northwest, Sedona was my first calling to the Southwest. I found a new kind of love for the earth in this desert landscape that I wasn’t expecting. The color palette, the vibrations, the crisp air – we are so fortunate to be surrounded by this beauty.
Traveling all over the West brought me to landscapes I didn’t know existed, places that take the breath away.
Amara respects and values that beauty and I am honored to collaborate with them. Amara means ‘For the Love of the Land‘, which encompasses both of our missions beautifully. The flagship piece of this collection is named in honor of this mission. To love the land, as we would love ourselves. To honor the land, as we would our ancestors. To respect and preserve the land, as we must – for our survival, for our futures.

Dreamscape | 18″ x 60″
$2,570.00$2,570.00Milky Way Dreamscape Painting by Emily Scott
What a dream… the desert sky at night. The nocturnal landscape is dominated by deep, velvety blacks, evoking a sense of profound stillness and solitude.
The night sky unfolds in a vast expanse of darkness, punctuated by a myriad of stars that seem to shimmer and dance with otherworldly brilliance. The Milky Way cuts a swath across the heavens, its faint glow casting a gentle luminescence over the landscape below.
The senses are piqued by the faint rustle of desert flora in the cool night breeze, the distant howl of a coyote echoing through the canyon, and the faint scent of sagebrush lingering in the air. Lose yourself in it.

Petrichor | 72″ x 30″
$5,610.00$5,610.00Original Sedona Storm Painting by Emily Scott
There’s nothing quite like monsoon season in the southwest. The towering red rocks, usually sunbaked and intense in color, have deepened to a richer, almost crimson hue. Water clings to the stone, making it look polished. You feel the earth cooling beneath your feet, the rock still warm but softening as the sky clears. The air is incredibly fresh, carrying with it the distinct, earthy scent of petrichor—an unmistakable blend of wet stone, desert plants, and minerals. An aroma that penetrates to the very core of your senses. The monsoon’s sudden and violent rainfall has reshaped the landscape, tiny rivulets and puddles tracing new paths over rock and sand. The air feels damp and alive, charged with the energy of the storm, yet somehow perfectly calm. As if the entire canyon has been reborn, and so have you.

$5,610.00$5,610.00Original Juniper Tree Painting by Emily Scott
The Juniper trees winding around Sedona are stunning. The resilience and adaptability they represent. Twisting out of the red earth, a beautiful and bewitching staple of the landscape, their gnarled trunks and branches twisting like ancient sculptures shaped by the sun, wind and time. Shaped by the elements, the branches writhe in every direction, bearing the scars of resilience against the desert’s harsh seasons. Their twisted limbs stretch toward the sky, some bending at impossible angles, as if they’re reaching out to grasp the red rock cliffs or touch the desert wind. Despite their rugged appearance, the trees are vibrantly alive. The air around them often carries a faint, aromatic scent—a mix of sharp, clean pine and a spicy, resinous quality that enhances the sense of rugged beauty in the desert landscape. Sentinels of the desert, standing firm and graceful, embodying both the harshness and delicate beauty of the Sedona wilderness.
