The archival paper is Breathing Color Optica One:

Sacred is a collection of work born of a return to the Self; a return to source, the roots of our existence. We cannot take these sacred places for granted. We are of the earth; WE need the earth to survive…we are nature. Sacred places such as these are what is true, what is natural, what should be protected and valued.

The Sacred collection is meant to take you inside yourself, to a place you might not go often enough. The place where you can find stillness and truth, silence alongside the echo of your knowing.

Well hello, fellow nature lover.

Life is chaotic. You’re running all day doing all the things, and at the end of the day you want to come home to a relaxing space that’s a reflection of who you are and how you want to feel. When you travel, you seek epic natural beauty. When you have a day off, you head for the outdoors. You seek places with the fewest people so that you can really hear the water moving, the breeze blowing, and birds singing.

I grew up surrounded by nature, and I have been painting that nature since I was 6. I love every bit of it. We need it. It is healing, soothing and connects every living thing. I joyously pour that love and connection into every painting I create.

I know how important it is to come home to a soothing space, so I’ve invited nature in. When you choose things to adorn your home and body, you choose things that are an expression of who you are.

 

Returns & Refunds

If your new artwork doesn’t fit into your space the way you’d hoped, I completely understand! You’re able to return items within 14 days of delivery. Contact me at emilyscottartist@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Once the item is returned in perfect condition, you will be fully refunded!

Shipping

Prints ship within 1 week, and clothing ships within 10 days (they’re made to order, just for you!). Tracking is included on US orders. International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties of your country. Please inquire at your local post office.

If your new artwork arrives with any defects or damage, please contact me within 7 days of delivery to initiate the refund, return or exchange process! All prints and printed pieces are made to order and hand-finished by a community driven production studio in Montreal, Canada using eco-friendly and sustainable business practices.

    We are ever-evolving beings. Even in this lifetime we’re evolving from birth to death. We’re learning, we’re struggling, we’re growing, we’re adapting. We’re scarred, we’re traumatized, we’re recovering, we’re figuring out who we are all day, every day. Being aligned with your Self and being of service doesn’t always look the way you think it’s going to. I’ve come back around to that place of trusting in the unfolding and fully trusting my intuition – a place I didn’t realize I had left – but without contrast we can’t see, can we? You rarely realize that you’re transforming at the time. But when you are on the other side of that metamorphosis, you barely recognize that previous version of yourself. You slowly come to see the beauty in that old you, and how she created the you of today. And then, how grateful you are that she did.
