SmartStick ® can be removed easily, without damage and does not require paste. Installation is very easy – just peel, position and stick.
- Pre-Pasted Wallpaper is ideal for both commercial and residential applications. Pre-Pasted Wallpaper is a high performance, Class A, PVC free and environmentally friendly wall covering. With its water activated adhesive backing system, it’s as easy to install as it is to remove. Pre-Pasted Wallpaper provides excellent printability with a smooth matte finish. Gracefully understated, it is current yet timeless. Pre-pasted wallpaper includes an additional topcoat to increase durability and lifespan, aid against scratches and make cleaning the mural super easy.
This isn’t old-school wallpaper! These materials are far more durable than the traditional stuff. The panels are wider, so there are fewer roles to hang, and you can be comforted knowing that your walls won’t be ruined when the mural is removed. Neither material is recommended for outdoor use.
Can I remove & reinstall a SmartStick® mural?
Although some have had good luck with removing and reinstalling a SmartStick® mural, we do not guarantee that it will work. Many factors can impact the effectiveness of the adhesive, like dust or debris, damage during transport, fresh paint behind the mural in the new location, and others. We only recommend SmartStick® as a single installation.
Will my wall be damaged when I remove a wall mural to redecorate?
If the wall prior to installation is prepped correctly according to the Installation Procedure, the removal of a mural should not damage your wall. If the mural is double cut however, there may be damage to the wall if you cut too deep during installation. Pre-Pasted Wallpaper may leave a water soluble glue residue that can be removed with a wet sponge.

Returns & Refunds
If your new artwork doesn’t fit into your space the way you’d hoped, I completely understand! You’re able to return items within 14 days of delivery. Contact me at emily@emilyscottartist.com to initiate the return process. Once the item is returned in perfect condition, you will be fully refunded, with the exception of shipping costs to and from!
Shipping
Every mural purchased is one-of-a-kind, printed on demand and shipped within 4–7 business days. Shipping is free to the contiguous US. If you’re shipping outside of the US, please contact me at emily@emilyscottartist.com for a shipping quote to your exact destination.
Each mural comes rolled around a tube and then wrapped in a protective paper. The mural is then placed in a 59″ x 5″ x 5″ cardboard box along with protective plastic end caps and foam inserts. This packaging exceeds UPS and FedEx required standards.

Each mural is custom made-to-order under stringent quality standards in order to meet your specific requirements. A “total quality” approach allows for superior detail and uniformity unmatched by conventional wallpaper murals.
If your new artwork arrives with any defects or damage, please contact me at emily@emilyscottartist.com with 7 days of delivery to initiate the refund, return or exchange process!
**Important: Be sure to examine ALL panels of your mural BEFORE installing it. If you find a defect in your mural, do NOT install it and contact me right away.
