Returns & Refunds
Original Paintings
If your new artwork doesn’t fit into your space the way you’d hoped, I completely understand! You’re able to return items within 14 days of delivery. Contact me to initiate the return process. Once the item is returned in perfect condition, you will be fully refunded, with the exception of shipping costs to and from!
Shipping
Original Paintings
Shipping costs are $150 for US orders, and $250 for Canada. All paintings are packed and shipped with extreme care by the lovely professionals at UPS and are fully tracked and insured (included in the list price). Original paintings ship within 3 business days. International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties of your country. Please inquire at your local post office.
Quality & Sustainability Guarantee
If your new artwork arrives with any defects or damage (or gets lost!), please contact me within 7 days of delivery to initiate the refund, return or exchange process!
